Ordered a decent bottle of french wine, which they tried to pour almost the entire bottle into our glasses at the start and I had to stop them. I explained I prefer my wine cold and this would mean most of my wine would warm up. We ordered tap water which we never received. Starters were Chicken Satay and Duck Spring Rolls. Our family went to Stanford's for the first time because of an advertised special. The restaurant was fine but they were out of the meal we went specifically to order. It was very disappointing.

been here lots of times before and this is the first time the food was disappointing. Business meal at the busy time. Service was great. Starters were great but the mains were lacklustre. The Jungle Curry is advertised as having lots of Thai herbs - I found only one tiny piece of Basil. It was also advertised as the spiciest of all their curries but was not spicy at all and with little flavour depth (whereas the veggie tom am soup for starter was fabulous). Shame really

We ate here as a group of six, and while we enjoyed the decor and surroundings, we were disappointed that one of our starters did not turn up and one of our main courses was significantly later to arrive than the others. While the staff apologised for these mistakes, this was not addressed on the bill. The food was good, but not as spicy as we would have wished or as we expected it to be from the descriptions in the menu.

One of the worst restaurants Ive visited. Service was unbelievably bad, late cutlery and napkins, late drinks order, late food order, late food, late bill late everything. It was a if our table was invisible. Very bad and would never go again.

The food as always at Thai Square was good but goes cold quickly due to the atmosphere/aircon. Service was good but the experience is over priced by a considerable margin.

Got the wrong starter, waited 30 mins too long for our mains and they got that wrong too! Getting anyone's attention is painful as they are so busy. Finally spoke to supervisor who agreed to take money off the bill but then had the cheek to add 12.5% service! Needless to say we took that off too. Highly recommend going downstairs to the express area or going for an early/late lunch if you want any decent service. Food is still as good as always but let down by the staff.
