Very pleasant meal and good food. Great location overlooking the river. Service was a bit on the slow side, especially considering that the restaurant was not busy, but otherwise would highly recommend it.
Organised a birthday party for my husband in there. Good food and service.
A great place to head too if you are out with a large group (especially on the weekend) A great vibrant atmosphere and a great bar downstairs too which is open late. The food is OK, but probably not the best Thai will eat in London, but it is in no way bad.
The view was fantastic, food was good although unless you are really good with hot food I wouldn't advise anything above a '1 chilli' rating...
Although the food was delicious we were quite squashed for space at our table with little room to exit. Unfortunatelly we had a rowdy bday party oppisite us that was spraying drinks onto our table, which was unpleasent? Service in the bar area was good.
The food was good. We had the set menu which covered everything, although when the starters came out there was only enough for one prawn, one scallop and one dim sum per person. Service was on the slow side, but the restaurant was very busy. There are lovely views across the Thames and there was a nice atmosphere.
Sadly this restaurant has gone rapidly downhill, when it first opened,it was fragrant fresh food in an amazing location. Now its just another bog-standard Thai place service basic food but with higher prices. You can get better Thai food at half the price elsewhere. We went for the banquet for 2 and that was a big mistake, the mains were enough for 4 people and the dishes were either undercooked (cold in the middle prawns) or over-cooked (the driest duck dish ever!).And all the staff looked annoyed!
Thai Square, Putney. The food arrived in a timley manner and was presented beautifully. The salads, garnishes were made into lovely flowers, it looked and tasted amazing. We were thoroughly impressed with the food and service, they were very attentive and well mannered. The cocktails were yummy too. I would definately go again and recommend.
Good food. We had papaya salad which we loved, and sea bass, all cooked to perfection, I highly recommend them. Really good atmosphere looking over River Thames, service was quite good, even though the restaurant was packed, since it was saturday, and also day before mothers day.
