Thai Square Putney Bridge is a great place for good authentic Thai fare - the service is impeccable and the view over the river and the bridge stunning. Definitely a must!
We enjoyed a lovely dinner at Thai Square , looking out over the Thames on a bright sunny evening. The food was good although the menu was a bit limited. Service excellent and we will go back, especially on sunny evenings.
Lovely views from upstairs, great atmosphere, good food, friendly service. We stayed finishing our drinks long after we'd finished our meal and weren't rushed at all.
Good service, nice relaxed atmosphere, and as always the food was great.
Great modern vibe about the place, and is a full nights venue. We had a cocktail at the bar downstairs before we sat down for diner upstairs. Food was excellent and after dinner you can continue your evening downstairs again. There was a DJ and if you are in the mood, you can take to the floor.
Thai Square Putney is an authentic Thai restaurant with fresh ingredients and great speedy service. It's as if we were in Bangkok! Tony, Barnes
Thai Square in Putney already has an advantage due to its fantastic location overlooking the river and Putney Bridge. Luckily, this has not made them complacent, as the service is excellent and the food is very good (although the rice can be a bit hard). Altogether a very welcoming and serene place to have dinner, be it with a large group or just a cosy meal for two. Definitely worth a visit.
Thai Square was unexpectedly good - the shared starter plate was good, with main of Weeping Tiger (Beef) and a Pork dish were really tasty. Nice view but by 10pm on Saturday night the music from the downstairs bar had invaded the restaurant, but good and would go back
We had Sunday lunch at Thai Square - Putney. They offered a good set-menu and the food was very nice. The service however was terrible. I asked to change tables, but this was an effort for the staff in a restaurant that was about 10% full? General service throughout the meal was lacking any enthusiam and then at the end the waitress thought we didn't cover the compulsory service charge by 5p (which we had, she just couldn't add up), which was a cheek, seeing as we didn't get good service.
