Good food but poor service. Mains arrived at table when we were not finished with starters. Unless improved would not recommend.
This was a first visit to Thai Square on the Strand. We had tried to book Thai Square in other locations, which had been fully booked so were surprised to find that this one was virtually empty, this being a Saturday night in London! However the food was excellent and the service very good. It was just the atmosphere which was sadly lacking. I think in future we will try and book further in advance for one of the more vibrant restaurants in this chain.
Had a fantastic meal. The ingredients were fresh and delicious and the meal tasted amazing! I'd definitely visit again
The food is good, the service impersonal and average. Typical of Thai/Chinese restaurants the people working there seem oblivious to being friendly and attentive. That said you can't fault the food so for an ordinary quick meal before the theatre this restaurant fits the bill.

Always great food and service
Have eaten here several times before - it's an ideal venue for a pre- theatre (or event at Somerset House) meal. Food was up to the usual good standards. We'd gone for the curries, which weren't too spicy! The restaurant was quite busy so the service was a bit slower than usual.
A decent place to eat in that part of town.
Fairly basic interior but the 3 course set menu was very good. Plenty of food that tasted great.
