We had a really good evening, although the food was rushed a little. Problem came after the main course. We asked to have a little break before dessert / coffees and within 5 mins, 4 people came to take our order and at that stage we got a little upset !!! Apart from that it was a good evening.
Thai Square had good Thai food, very good service, lovely restaurant - good all around.
Thai Sqaure - Trafalgar - The venue is very nice, but the service is very poor. From the moment we sat down we were bombarded by the waitresses to order. We were interrupted and asked if we had finished our meal, when all we were doing is chatting. The food is good, I would think about coming here again for a realxed meal!!
This restaurant always delivers, it is the Thai Square flagship venue (an ex Norwegian Embassy) it is elegant, service good, waitresses dress in elegant thai outfits. The food is delicious & well presented. What a great location, right by Trafalgar Square & all that London has to offer. two of us had starters & a main course and a drink each, service is included & it came to £47.
I've been to Thai Square a few times and it's always a pleasant experience. The food's good value and always delicious. The wine list is always good, although they could do with some lower-cost bottles.
Thai Square as always was strictly professional. good service, extremely authentic food and excellent prices. Can't fault it, if you are near one eat there.
We had the set menu as we were a group of 10. Set menus are obligatory for large groups at weekends, which is a good idea as they have lots of variety and cater to all tastes. Good food, but staff sometimes seemed anxious to get rid of us, which was surprising given what we spent....
Went here for lunch again and had the set menu. Good value with starter, mains and fruit in a bento style box. It was well presented and tasty - thoroughly recommend the express menu.
Lovely venue for lunch - nice ambience and good value - decent size portions for lunch. ONly problem is the slightly slow service!
