This "business" get less than a 1 star. In 2004 we had a salesman come our and give us his presentation. He showed us how their windows prevented "all heat from coming through the pains and all cold from escaping". BS!!!! There was also a supposed life time warranty. Since then we've had problems with several of the windows. One lower half, in a bedroom, had to be totally replaced. When they finally got here you can only lock one side of it. One star is generous! I have a bow window that has a bad pane of glass (fogged) and I have called many times for warranty but keep getting put into voice mail boxes. I leave messages but never receive a call back (avoidance). The window has also shifted and the two crank windows bind so I have to force it to open then bang on the exterior in order to get it to fit back into the frame when closing. Terrible service for warranties! I do not recommend this company.

Took forever. ****** was not matched when arrived at our place. Took 7 weeks to get done. Acri said they had contacted the siding the siding place. Rep from siding finally came out a week later and told them to put the mismatched color on the house and then they would deal with it

We hired ACRI for our siding. They sent a subpar, messy crew to do the job. Our yard was trashed for weeks. There are many places on our home that we are unsatisfied with the siding. We have called at least monthly for 2 YEARS and addressed the concerns with them. Twice they sent out guys to look at the issues, and said they would order the extra siding and repair the areas. The crew was very good. The company and the siding company they work with was sub par. We were told it was a 10 day job. They then upgraded us to color siding on the out buildings and then found out it didnt cost them anymore . They also gave us a free front door and installed it. The siding was 2 different colors and we were told it would be taken care of and the crew would NOT settle for this. Where do I start? They did a deck that was a joke looked like a 12 year old child did the work. The contractor they subbed out to was passion home improvements *********************** and what a joke, this guy cannot build a deck or put siding on a house without having to come back at least 10 times to fix the siding because he would put up broken siding and cut around gas lines, cable wires etc. and thought it looked fine hate to see his house. *** Acri is very arrogant and knows his work is terrible but only wants your mon... read more

After a nearly 20k $ bathroom renovation we have repairs that need done to the work performed by ACRI, poor workmanship on walls, flooring, and installation of hardware (my faucet is crooked, excess drywall carved for can lights creating holes in my ceiling, etc), took a month instead of a week, didnt show up when they messaged they would. The list goes on considerably.

Sub par workmanship, poor customer service, damaged gutters and did not repair the damage. Workers did not speak English so there was little communication. At one point when we tried to talk to the crew chief , he said the saleman misled people often. Was told the crew had years of experience and that Acri did not subcontract but saw some workers at our site wearing other ******************** and we did not see years of experiencein there work. We hired **** to do our siding October 2019. We should have told this company to get lost before their sales woman even came on the property. To start off she was 2 hours late the first appointment before she called and canceled, then the 2nd appointment she called to cancel due to whatever her reason was and when we said we would go with someone else, her issue was miraculously fixed and she could make it.
