The overall experience was a great one. The sales people were a bit high pressure but polite and courteous. The crew that showed up for the installation was great. They were quick, efficient, polite, and did a great job. We are very happy with the finished look and our house looks great.

The sales person all the way to the contractors and finished product was exactly how I wanted plus a little more
The guys showed up at a promptly time.We had 9 windows to remove all original to the house (1920-1930's era) and replace and they got them out and set in, in under 2 hours. They do quick but great work. Our house has never looked better! The windows are of great quality and I just love the safety feature. I also love that the heat reflects off of the windows so when its really hot my son wont get hurt touching the glass and will keep the inside warm when its really cold outside. Will I wouldn't hire them for anything. First they hired a third party to remove old ****** while doing so ruined the wood behind that. So now the siding wouldn't stay attached to house. So they came back 5 different times to fix this issue. Then to come to find out wood should of been on before the siding which they supposedly missed when they did the first install? Don't know how you could miss this being in the siding business but, They came back and said now you owe ****** more on top of the ****** dollars being spent on... read more

The original job was done 5 years ago in 2019. At that time we removed the old siding to discover that the existing house sheathing was in poor condition. The decision was made at that time to insulate and side over the poor sheathing. Looking back at that decision, we probably should have chosen to explain the situation to Mr. ***** and add on for new house sheathing at that time. Many years ago we hired ACRI Company to replace some of our windows. We were so pleased we hired them again to do the rest.Once again the quality of the work and the customer service was excellent. So we hired them to replace our patio doors with ones that had blinds inside the glass. Unfortunately herein lies the problem. The blinds inside the glass on the left side won't go up any longer. I have spoken with the customer. The manufacturer still has not made the replacement parts. They now asked for pictures which I have sent them before and just resent them. Once I get updated information I told customer I would contact her with a schedule of when the replacement parts would be installed
This "business" get less than a 1 star. In 2004 we had a salesman come our and give us his presentation. He showed us how their windows prevented "all heat from coming through the pains and all cold from escaping". BS!!!! There was also a supposed life time warranty. Since then we've had problems with several of the windows. One lower half, in a bedroom, had to be totally replaced. When they finally got here you can only lock one side of it.
