The sales person all the way to the contractors and finished product was exactly how I wanted plus a little more
The guys showed up at a promptly time.We had 9 windows to remove all original to the house (1920-1930's era) and replace and they got them out and set in, in under 2 hours. They do quick but great work. Our house has never looked better! The windows are of great quality and I just love the safety feature. I also love that the heat reflects off of the windows so when its really hot my son wont get hurt touching the glass and will keep the inside warm when its really cold outside.
