The overall experience was a great one. The sales people were a bit high pressure but polite and courteous. The crew that showed up for the installation was great. They were quick, efficient, polite, and did a great job. We are very happy with the finished look and our house looks great.

The guys showed up at a promptly time.We had 9 windows to remove all original to the house (1920-1930's era) and replace and they got them out and set in, in under 2 hours. They do quick but great work. Our house has never looked better! The windows are of great quality and I just love the safety feature. I also love that the heat reflects off of the windows so when its really hot my son wont get hurt touching the glass and will keep the inside warm when its really cold outside. First mistake was hiring them to install windows 12yrs ago. Not only did the $700 each windows not lower our heat bill, but they've leaked air between the sashes since they've been installed, and we found significant rot under the windows from poor installation. I've installed cheap Jeldwen windows better tgan these. Their answer was "that's just way they are or maybe you should do some research on condensation." We installed windows for this customer in 2013. In 2025 they contracted us to do siding. They remodeled the interior of their home themselves and have removed all the interior casing around the windows. IN 2025 we completed the siding job and had a loan set up for them. At the time of completion they told us that they were going to their bank for a loan and would have the money to pay us in 30 days. Will I wouldn't hire them for anything. First they hired a third party to remove old ****** while doing so ruined the wood behind that. So now the siding wouldn't stay attached to house. So they came back 5 different times to fix this issue. Then to come to find out wood should of been on before the siding which they supposedly missed when they did the first install? The original job was done 5 years ago in 2019. At that time we removed the old siding to discover that the existing house sheathing was in poor condition. The decision was made at that time to insulate and side over the poor sheathing. Looking back at that decision, we probably should have chosen to explain the situation to Mr. ***** and add on for new house sheathing at that time. Many years ago we hired ACRI Company to replace some of our windows. We were so pleased we hired them again to do the rest.Once again the quality of the work and the customer service was excellent. So we hired them to replace our patio doors with ones that had blinds inside the glass. Unfortunately herein lies the problem. The blinds inside the glass on the left side won't go up any longer. I have spoken with the customer. The manufacturer still has not made the replacement parts. They now asked for pictures which I have sent them before and just resent them. Once I get updated information I told customer I would contact her with a schedule of when the replacement parts would be installed
