Roberta was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The installers were professional and cleaned up after themselves, as well as helpful removing a blind we didn't know how to remove.

Acri replaced windows & my front entrance door recently. The sales representative was very professional and took the time necessary to explain my options. The Acri installation team was fantastic! They went out of their way to make sure that my flooring and counters were completely covered and no damage was done to the existing trim. I would give the Acri company a 4 1/2 star review. They put in new windows &a patio door. I love them. I can close the patio door if the hot sun is beaming in & as soon as I have it closed it's like cooling down instantly& I can go out on my deck at night & not worry about it squeeking & scraping as the screen opens & waking neighbors in the next door condo. The windows are great I have far more ventilation from front to back & can cool off the condo much quicker; & I didn't seem to use my ac as much so my electric bill did ... read more
Very happy with our new roof from Acri. It's a great feeling having the piece of mind knowing that it will no longer rain in the house when it storms outside AND that we have a warranty should there be any issues. I'm happy I did not go with a less expensive roof that I would likely need to replace again later.
