Every time I turn down our road and see our house I realize again how useless and shabby was the work done by your crew. The siding has more waves than the beach and I will continue tell everyone about the lack of skill your company has. I will give you one star because there is no half stars to choose from

So sorry to hear this. The siding you purchased was our least expensive siding line which is still better than most sidings on the market today, however wavy siding can be due to the lesser grade vinyl siding you chose. The more expensive lines are a bit thicker and will not wave as bad as the lesser expensive. You could file a warranty claim with the manufacturer of the siding.
The signature series siding is a thicker gauge siding and a better quality vinyl siding than I've ever felt before. I've sided houses for years and can tell this is quality siding. The nail hem on the siding obviously won't flop in the wind because is so tight. I also liked the staggered double nail hem on the The Kingston panel in the event the nail misses a stud. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. NICK ACRI WOULD RATHER YOU CALL A LAWYER THEN TRY TO FIX PROBLEM.THEN SAYS YOUR ABUSIVE WHEN YOU TELL THEM 3 WEEKS WILL NOT WORK FOR REPAIR.HE SAYS ITS WIND DAMAGE WHICH ITS NOT.SIDING CAME OFF BECAUSE THE CREW USED WRONG NAILS.HAD SIDING BUBBLE OUT ON THE BOTTOM BECAUSE NOT PUT UP THE RIGHT WAY

She called and got to talk to the owner of the company right away. I answer the phone most days m-f 8am to 5pm. The statement that 3 weeks before we could get there for repair is accurate. When she heard this she became very verbally abusive and I did suggest after she threatened it go ahead and call a lawyer. had to give star cause program wouldnt let me give none. paid $12,000 on a 850 sq ft home to have roof and some other repairs done. told the sales rep to remove a satellite that was from the previous owner. both went back up. 4 years later, roof leak. gave them the chance to fix it, sent out another company, said itll be done in 2 weeks and here i am a month later with a leaking ceiling destroying 1940 plaster and lath. **** poor customer service and way overpriced. i have clients with 3000sq ft homes that paid almost half... read more

The job was done 4 years ago. We were not told to remove satellite dish. Customer removed satellite dish on their own which caused a leak. There was no leak until then. Customer was home during install and could have told crew to remove satellite dish at that time as well.
Where Should I start? I would nor recommend these people to my enemy. My parents used this crooked company and regret it to this day. Problems 1.) Entry doors not acceptable as the jamb widths were not ordered to match the wall widths and the color of the jamb on the inside should match the wood grain on the inside of the doors rather than being white - Got the money back for this, but we had to remove and replace ourselves. 2.) Don't call Acri. My husband and I felt pressure to purchase something and when hooked up with financing (were cheated by the people that gave us the loan, they appraised our house for more than it was worth so we could get the money for the loan) We are pretty screwed at this point. Roofing Job poorly done, three different contractors with three different results, 1st time the drip edge was bent and not properly installed, 2nd time resulted in the roof leaking, 3rd time still remains a mystery. Inspector will review and based on his report I will submit his finding for all consumers to review. Roof was done correctly the first time. Good looking handyman friend of the owner demanded it be changed to his specification. Once that was done we received and email stating the drip edge was acceptable and thanking for service. Unfortunately this so called correction caused a leak so we at our expense and without argument replaced it back to how it was originally. The windows were installed correctly and only after the handyman drywall job was complete was any mention of windows not being flush. On a very cold day I was t... read more

Filled out card for free estimate at Fair, Booked a time and date with Show Manager. Received a call from a sales rep wanting to set up date for estimate, explained to him that a time and date was inked at show , he said thanks and call ended.
