The office staff... (Verified Renter) The office staff is very kind and respectful, as well as the maintenance staff. As I night shift worker, noise can be a very big problem for me. However, I have experience minimal issues with noise since living here, which is very important to me! The coffee bar and ease of access to the domain have to be two of my favorite parts of living here.

We'd recommend it... (Verified Renter) We'd recommend it to people also moving from out of state just for the convenience and proximity to the domain. It was a great place to start in Austin, but unless something can be done to enforce just basic courtesy amongst the residents (clean up after yourselves, leash dogs, etc.) it'd be enough for us not to really recommend it to others

We are probably... (Verified Renter) We are probably the youngest people in this whole complex. For families and older couples its great but not really a sense of any community here. That's the only thing lacking.
The apartments are... (Verified Renter) The apartments are practically brand new and well-designed. The property is clean and modern, the management is friendly and caring. The only thing is that it's hard to find parking at night.
