Great staff, great... (Verified Renter) Great staff, great location, loved the style, great pools, etc. After 3 years and increasing cost, it was just not as worth it as it once was. The overall grounds could use a bit of a cleaning up as well (just some light scrubbing)
The service from... (Verified Renter) The service from maintenance and office staff has been great, and the location is excellent. Pricing seems a bit higher compared to other complexes but I feel like it's still a good value.
I would highly... (Verified Renter) I would highly recommend this community to anyone seeking a great place to live. This was my first apartment living experience in 30 years and I loved living here. The office staff were exceptional. I always felt welcome in the office and they made everything so easy. It is a great location, and not one time did I have issues or problems with others in the community.

Apartments are GORGEOUS... (Verified Renter) Apartments are GORGEOUS and very spacious! Don?t base your opinions off of the SQFT - these layouts are amazing! The pricing is also very reasonable for the area it?s in. You can go across the street and pay way more for a whole lot less! I worked with Adlinda and she was great! The apartment was... (Verified Renter) The apartment was nice, clean, new, modern, functional, reasonably priced considering the location, etc. Security was good, maintenance attentive, fast and friendly. My neighbors were almost awkwardly quiet. I don't know how to put it, but the general vibe of my building (7) was weird. I very rarely heard or saw any of my neighbors and I guess I prefer to interact with my neighbors more. I think they were just on vacation all the time or something but it was weird to me.
