lived here for almost 2 years I would say that the community is good. I wouldn’t say more than that. The price is ok, the location makes it worth it. Construction of the building wasn’t the best. You can hear your neighbors cough. Nothing you can do about that now. I do get irritated that the clubhouse and the game room are always locked. I pay for this amenity and I can’t use it. I can only use it in business hours. How does that make sense? I work from 7-7 so I’m not able to enjoy what I’m paying for. Started looking at ot... read more

Hi Austin and thank you for your review. Just to clarify, the clubhouse and game room hours are 9am to 6pm on Tuesday and Wednesday only. Thursday - Sunday it's open until 10pm and Monday until 8pm. Verified Renter The interior of the apartments are very nice! Respectfully yet truthfully no one can choose their neighbors. I happen to be surrounded by a few undesirable folks. No respect for trash days... But nice apartments.

Verified Renter The Alexander is a terrific place to live. Beautiful apartments and grounds. Attentive, efficient maintenance staff. Covid presented such a challenge for community events, but the staff did their very best. Beautiful pool area and clubhouse, plus nice exercise rooms. The lovely grounds were a golf course.
