Verified Renter We have lived here at The Alexander for 2 years, the space of the apartment is ideal, the rooms are perfect. Always take care of the outdoor space and the club house is awesome. The only thing we don't enjoy much is the games room. Because it is open only in the period when the office is open and we are not always in the club house in the period that the office is open. Verified Renter A beautiful Community! Very pet friendly! We love the spacious floor plans and resort-style pool. The staff have really made a difference by hosting fun events and having local food trucks stop by!

Awesome Alexander! I’ve been a resident for 2.5 yrs, 2 years longer than anticipated. Our intention to downsize by selling our “big” home to purchase our retirement home was thwarted by Covid than outrageous housing prices. We never thought we could be happy in an apartment after leaving 2800 sq feet but we are! The maintenance staff is phenomenal and the grounds and amenities are kept impeccable! Love the location as well. Not sure if/when housing prices will normalize but until then we are very happy at the Alexander!
