A must see! I love living in this complex! It’s so clean and very quiet! They do a great job keeping it up and the customer service is excellent!

Awesome Alexander! I’ve been a resident for 2.5 yrs, 2 years longer than anticipated. Our intention to downsize by selling our “big” home to purchase our retirement home was thwarted by Covid than outrageous housing prices. We never thought we could be happy in an apartment after leaving 2800 sq feet but we are! The maintenance staff is phenomenal and the grounds and amenities are kept impeccable! Love the location as well. Not sure if/when housing prices will normalize but until then we are very happy at the Alexander!

lived here for almost 2 years I would say that the community is good. I wouldn’t say more than that. The price is ok, the location makes it worth it. Construction of the building wasn’t the best. You can hear your neighbors cough. Nothing you can do about that now. I do get irritated that the clubhouse and the game room are always locked. I pay for this amenity and I can’t use it. I can only use it in business hours. How does that make sense? I work from 7-7 so I’m not able to enjoy what I’m paying for. Started looking at ot... read more

Hi Austin and thank you for your review. Just to clarify, the clubhouse and game room hours are 9am to 6pm on Tuesday and Wednesday only. Thursday - Sunday it's open until 10pm and Monday until 8pm. Verified Renter The interior of the apartments are very nice! Respectfully yet truthfully no one can choose their neighbors. I happen to be surrounded by a few undesirable folks. No respect for trash days... But nice apartments.
