Good luck even getting them to answer their phones. I couldn't even get through to get their pricing and when they did answer I was hung up on.

I'm not one to write reviews but , I am really upset with this place and the management. When me and my bf first moved in Eva was the one to help us. She was really nice and helpful. After we signed paperwork and moved in she wasn't so nice. I had to remind her about doing the walk thru with us, so she came in three days later to do it. There were several things that needed to be fixed, one of them being the outlets were lose, eveytime we would plug in something it wouldn't stay on for too long. This place is horrible. We have lived here for almost a year and problems began before we had signed the lease. The management is a joke. Grace is incompetent and under qualified. Eva is rude and unwilling to leave her chair, even in the event of an emergency. They are never in the office and if indeed they are in, they might as well just go home. Maintance is helpful and nice however, unreliable. Every other day it seems they turn off the water for "maintance." The people next door have a one bedroom filled with 4 screaming... read more

Staff and maintenance are extremely friendly but their follow through is awful. 1. AC has been broken since move in 6 months ago. Despite my work order requestes nothing is ever done Now that its been really hot my apartment has been 88 degress for almost a week!!! Not something you want to come home to after a hard days work. They still have yet to fix the issue and I'm always given the run around. 2. Electricity is all screwed up, flip a light switch in the bathroom and the bedroom light comes on. ... read more

I don't really ever right reviews but, this time I feel it's necessary. The property it's self is nice and the apts are nice. My biggest complete is management. When I first moved in management was great then it changed. When management changed they were nice at first but then that all changed. They gave me a 30 day notice to leave the property and gave know reason as to why I was being asked to leave. I kind of hate to write a review this bad, but I wish we had listened to the others when we moved in. Truly horrendous experience. We only lived here for 3 months. I could go on for days, but the basics of why we hated it are: -The worst parking imaginable. No exaggeration. There is no possibility to get an extra parking spot and there is only a few dozen street spots, all of which are under trees that lose a lot of sap. Not sure what Apartments Dan D was living in but it is not the Arbors at Santa Ana on Fairhaven....We are excellent tenants and were at our last place for 7 years...We just moved out of there after 2 years because we were tired of how the treat loyal residents.... At first it was a nice place to live in but this past year it got really bad. If you are a loyal tenant and you want to renew your lease today you will pay $1280 for rent but anyone off the street will pay $1175 and not even as a move in special...That is just how ... read more

I have lived here since December 2012 and I have already regretted ever moving into this complex. It's located in a very nice area as well as many parks and bike trails; which what I was looking for. Ever since I've moved into my apartment there has been constant issues. My first move in was not very pleasant because management failed to properly inspect the apartment before my move in day. Don't move in! I agree with Amy S. This place is a disappointment and certainly not cheap anymore. They have increased my rent more than $150 in 1 year. The Utility bills are very expensive for a small apartment. Residents pay for the "building" utilities that have been divided up by a crazy calculation, so you'll be paying for a neighbor that is wasteful or house lights that stay on all the time, etc. Plus, the apt sliding glass doors are installed wrong making the apt very drafty.
