If i could give a less rating i would. So where do I begin? Ok, I'll just say when I first moved on, the train that passes by at 2 or 3 am, was the least of my issues. But things went totally downhill. This place really needs a remodel and an up on the security. The apartment gate is left open so anyone could walk in so make sure your front doors are locked EVEN IN THE DAYTIME! If I could give this place a 0 I would. So... When we first moved in almost two years ago everything seemed great. Noel was an amazing manager and Fillip is still my favorite maintenance person. For a young couple who just got married and needed a cheap place to live that was not in a area where it felt unsafe was something that was important to us. After Noel left things went down hill.
