I moved in a month ago and I have found my forever home the staff is fabulous and they make me feel so safe and comfortable. In fact I'm picking up a friend today and bringing her over and showing her the property myself because I think this is the most fabulous place I have ever lived. I am so thrilled to be here. This is definitely where I will stay.
Felt like home immediately. Staff has been amazing, they were not lying about how they respond quickly to your needs. Everyone here has been amazing to me and my family we are super excited about making avenues at Tuscan lakes our home
I have only lived here for a month, but already my experience has been amazing. Paige was so welcoming from the moment I walked in and really dedicated the necessary time to show me around and understand all the pricing options. The whole staff has been very responsive when I have a concern. I am so thankful for their dedication to their residents! This has really been such a great experience. I recently moved in and can say that so far this is the best apartment complex I’ve lived in. Paige and the rest of the staff in the front office were great when it came to answering my questions and showing me my options when I was making a decision on where to live. Since I’ve leased, they and the maintenance staff have been top notch and very quickly responsive. The community feels like a neighborhood and not an apartment complex which is a major plus. The customer service here is top notch. I have been at Avenues a few months now and it has been wonderful. Paigelynn is super helpful and quickly responds to any questions I have had. Maintenance is wonderful and prompt. I definitely recommend living here.

I’ve been at avenues for a while now and I love it! Maintenance is always on top of things and working so hard. The office is great. Paigelynn is super helpful! I definitely recommend living here. The pool is the place to be!
