I have only lived here for a month, but already my experience has been amazing. Paige was so welcoming from the moment I walked in and really dedicated the necessary time to show me around and understand all the pricing options. I recently moved in and can say that so far this is the best apartment complex I’ve lived in. Paige and the rest of the staff in the front office were great when it came to answering my questions and showing me my options when I was making a decision on where to live. Since I’ve leased, they and the maintenance staff have been top notch and very quickly responsive. The community feels like a neighborhood and not an apartment complex which is a major plus. The customer service here is top notch. I have been at Avenues a few months now and it has been wonderful. Paigelynn is super helpful and quickly responds to any questions I have had. Maintenance is wonderful and prompt. I definitely recommend living here.

I’ve been at avenues for a while now and I love it! Maintenance is always on top of things and working so hard. The office is great. Paigelynn is super helpful! I definitely recommend living here. The pool is the place to be!

Great Apartments. Nice apartments at reasonable prices are hard to find these days but these fall into that elusive category. The amenities are nice and usually in hood working order. The staff is as friendly and helpful as you could ask for. And the quality of the apartments isn't bad. I do wish they offered valet trash service since taking the trash to the dumpster is a bit of a chore, but all in all, well worth it for the price. I would rate 4 out of 5 stars. Would reccomend.
