We have been here a little over a month and so far love it. My wife and I are both retired and a lot of free time to enjoy the freedom of no yard or house maintenance. Lisa has made us both feel at home here.

The staff here are amazing. What I appreciate most is how seamless they work as a team. The maintenance guys are knowledgeable and fast. In and out problem solved. This is definitely a place I’m going to enjoy calling home.

This experience has been phenomenal, from start to finish Paigelynn has been extremely helpful, courteous, and willing to go above and beyond. This young lady had been incredible. If there’s 2 reasons to rent an apartment here it’s for the fantastic Maintenance team and Paige. The Maintenance team is prompt, skilled and never leaves you hanging. Loose AC in the middle of the night? John will be there for you, have a leak in the kitchen late at night? I lived at Avenues at Tuscan Lanes for 5 years and the customer service we received from Paige was incredible! She is always going to make sure you are taken care of. I loved living here and will always recommend it to anyone every looking for first class service and a beautiful home in League City.

I came to visit the property with my daughter to look for a future home with her and we loved it! The pool was a huge deal to her but I loved the attached garages and security systems. If she wasn’t going to school so far away, the Avenues would’ve been our choice. We also enjoyed how friendly and personable Paigelynn and Lisa were!

We moved in a few months ago and have been nothing but impressed with the Avenues. When we first arrived we were greeted by Paigelynn Guzman, one of the leasing agents. Her smiling and welcoming energy was a huge bonus. As she showed us around and talked to us about the community, we knew right then that this is where we were supposed to be. We love living at Avenues and even the maintenance guys are awesome. Vincent is usually the one who comes by but lately it’s been Cody. He came twice in the last week and both times he showed up immediately and did an awesome job! What a blessing to have it handled so efficiently!
