Staff are the friendliest. Always on time with requests. The apartments are superb. And resident events are always top notch. LOVE THIS PLACE

Living at the Avenues at Tuscan Lakes is an amazing experience. The whole staff and maintenance crew treats you with the utmost respect and will do anything to help you. I love living here and all the appliances and living arrangements are top notch, highly recommend this place!

If over and beyond were people they would be named after the staff at the Avenues! As residents we are top priority to the staff and maintenance group. They are so nice, so time efficient, and everything is done the ways it’s suppose to be done. We enjoyed living here. We met some great people but unfortunately we trusted everyone in the leasing office. When we moved out we received a carpet bill for $2100. We had an 800 Sq ft apt with only 2 bedrooms carpeted. My daughter had a stain in her room. The other bedroom was completely fine. I was told it should only be $100-$150 from the manager Sean. I trusted him. $2100 is absolutely ridiculous. We left the apartment extremely clean. We were only there 14 months. I am so disappointed and hurt. Beware because Texas la... read more
Tuscan Lakes was a great place to live and Paigelynn made it a great experience. Any time I had an issue with something no matter how small it was, she wasted no time to correct the problem. She was always happy and willing to answer any questions or concerns. If I could leave a 10 star review on how great Tuscan Lakes was and how awesome Paigelynn is, I would.
This complex seems to be steadily declining. I am on my fourth year as a resident. I was very hopeful about staying here until my kiddo is out of school, now, I'm second guessing myself. The pool is disgusting. How about a professional pool company to maintain the pool? It's always green now. The vegetation has taken a toll since the freeze and the heat wave.
