Tera is amazing! We loved coming to the Valentines event and enjoying champagne, cookies, roses and balloons! So fun! We would come to more events like this in the future!

I am writing my first review after living here since April 2019 and I cannot say enough good things about Avenues at Tuscan Lakes! First off, they offer the most for your money here and trust me-I scouted every complex in the area! Rare amenities that I couldn't find anywhere else at this price point include attached garages and laminate flooring on some 2nd floor units. They offer many amenities and clean, beautiful grounds. From the very beginning the staff was so helpful and helped with our move. The complex is amazing and the grounds are really clean. Our place here is so nice and all of the neighbors are really friendly. I can’t say enough good things. Sean and Lisa are both so nice and even helped me a few times after we got moved in. Highly recommend living here

Avenues at Tuscan Lakes is One of the most advanced and beautiful apartment complexes I have ever lived in. Maintenance and office staff are always on top of their game and they are always coming up with new ideas to make the property more beautiful and technically advanced! Great place to live! Great staff, friendly community, and wonderful amenities. My roommates and I have been going to the complementary boot camp workout classes for over a year now! James Robinson is an inspiration personal trainer who has pushed us all to our limits to achieve our goals!! If you’re looking for an affordable luxury apartment with some kick-butt workout sessions, this is the place!

This place is amazing! The staff here made us feel very welcomed, they’re absolutely wonderful! The maintenance crew went over and beyond with handling a problem! If you’re looking for a nice and safe place to call home I highly recommend Abenues!
