Kenny and Rose were amazing and did an incredible job. They took their time and made sure everything was perfect. They are a little expensive but well worth it.

Price was great and loving the new tub and surroundings on the wall. Great team and the installers were great too.
I returned home one day to find out my husband hired these people to put in a new bathroom ..I was excited I called and switched the floor color and I switched the sink I wanted ..a little later we got a call asking us to measure our bathroom vanity after the tech supposedly already did it then they called us a week or two later and said they discontinued the vanity that we had to purchase our own ..we asked if they could install the one since they would be there they said sure free of charge ..I built the vanity ....many si... read more

The Bath Authority has been the absolute worst business I have ever used for anything. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM. They advertise a one or two day shower remodel. The contract I signed and the service I paid for was a 3 day shower remodel. I am now in month 4 and its nothing but excuses and getting the run around. They already got their money and now I'm the one left with an unusable produce. In my opinion, they are a complete scam that prey on consumers. Terrible customer service. Spoke with a salesman in September of 2025. The ***************** started work replacing my tub with a shower in December. That was after threatening to take my business somewhere else. The installer stated, within 5 minutes of arrival, the shower doors were damaged so he didn't bring. He installed the shower and did great work. Fast forward to late January. I called to see where my doors were at, got promised a call back several times, but haven't heard from anyone. Do not hire the Bath Authority to re do your bathrooms! We had 2 walk in showers done and they were horrible! In the one shower, the floor was not leveled and there was standing water at the one end. In both showers they installed a regular round drain then put this oblong decorative piece on top that would drain the water...after a couple of weeks that top "drain" came loose in both showers so you were sliding on it when you took a shower. Told them this was unacceptable and they needed to redo the floors of the shower. The... read more

I hate to write this but we have given them every oppourtunity to correct the issues. My parents had their bathroom re-done and once they showed up with the tub it was so small it was not usable so we ask that it be removed from the job. What didn't happen was a converstion about a new price without the tub since there was going to be less plumbing work as well as the cost of the tub. DON'T sign a contract with The Bath Authority, or any of the high priced commission sales bathroom remodelers. *** does not care how much you spend with them. There is no loyalty. The only advice if you really want to pursue it, is whatever their first estimate is, offer to accept it for 25%. Original offer 18K, they priced matched another high pressured sales company and did it for 12k, for a 4k job.
