Kenny & Rose with the bath Authority replaced my old tub and shower with a new one. They did a very professional job. Kenny was very helpful,answered any questions I had. And they also cleaned up when they were done. I would highly recommend the bath Authority to anyone.

Kenny and Rose were amazing and did an incredible job. They took their time and made sure everything was perfect. They are a little expensive but well worth it.

Price was great and loving the new tub and surroundings on the wall. Great team and the installers were great too.
Worst decision and experience EVER. Paid in Sept. 2023 wasn't put in till the Tuesday before that Thanksgiving. Then they had to return the next day because they forgot the entire shower head and handheld. When ordering KNEW I was disabled. Yet when installed the safety bars were NOT attached to anything behind the "new shiny white wall" and they gave a really short handheld while the bench was on the opposite side from the valve. No anti-slip spray applied and I fell very first time using it bruising my back and my backside... read more

Upgrade approved a $33,000 loan on May 14, 25, and sent the funds to Bath Authority the next day. I became nervous and canceled, but after ***** ******** from the Bath Authority came out and we reconsidered, the Upgrade funds were reactivated on May 19, 25. Bath Authority did not visit until September, after I called the company repeatedly to complain August and September, I received a call from **** at **************** on Bath Authoritys behalf asking me to return her call. I returned home one day to find out my husband hired these people to put in a new bathroom ..I was excited I called and switched the floor color and I switched the sink I wanted ..a little later we got a call asking us to measure our bathroom vanity after the tech supposedly already did it then they called us a week or two later and said they discontinued the vanity that we had to purchase our own ..we asked if they could install the one since they would be there they said sure free of charge ..I built the vanity ....many si... read more

The Bath Authority has been the absolute worst business I have ever used for anything. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM. They advertise a one or two day shower remodel. The contract I signed and the service I paid for was a 3 day shower remodel. I am now in month 4 and its nothing but excuses and getting the run around. They already got their money and now I'm the one left with an unusable produce. In my opinion, they are a complete scam that prey on consumers. Terrible customer service. Spoke with a salesman in September of 2025. The ***************** started work replacing my tub with a shower in December. That was after threatening to take my business somewhere else. The installer stated, within 5 minutes of arrival, the shower doors were damaged so he didn't bring. He installed the shower and did great work. Fast forward to late January. I called to see where my doors were at, got promised a call back several times, but haven't heard from anyone.
