I would not recommend the Bath Authority. During the installation, the technician did not have a copy of our order with him. He did not have all the parts ordered (grab bars) for the installation. After calling customer service, the next available technician to finish the installation is a month away. The technician did not reinstall the panel which covered the water shutoff. We had Bath Authority install 2 new bath showers a year or so ago, this march the bath upstairs started leaking, I hired pro plumbers to come in and see what the problem was, a leaking main valve that controls water output was leaking. The plumber told us that the installer tighten the connection nut to tight. Causing a crack in the nut. Im so sick of shotty workmanship I hope bath Authority reads the reviews, and get back to me.

Overpriced. Read reviews before committing. Their average price is $15k, regardless of scope. They pressure when someone comes to give bid. Anything 5 figures worth deserves a day to think about it. They claim the price won’t be same HUGE RED FLAG. Don’t give detailed cost breakdown, simply state “that’s what things cost”. Had similar ad experiences as others with piss poor communication being a huge issue. The algorithm they use for how many jobs get done correctly vs those that don’t clearly works for them. Its been months with no communication. I called to cancel and they said they would keep 70% of our money for doing absolutely nothing. Dont buy from them, they are a company of theives and scammers

We booked with Bath Authority after an amazing experience with Renewal by Anderson. I assumed another large “white-glove” style company/install would be as pain free as what I experienced with RA. However, this has not been the case. Firstly, their customer service callers (Natasha especially) are condescending and flippant to my concerns. You have to stand against the back wall to get wet (36x38) area. And the water projects on your chest and chin. The installers came out and put in a longer neck and reinstalled the same shower head. But it didn't change the direction of the water projection issue. I called bath authority customer service and told them the issue was the same and not resollved. We were given a quote in February after going to the ****** ***** *** ****** *****This quote came with incentives like a promised $50 giftcard from "Nick". Have never received this giftcard and no one can put me in contact with said "Nick". We were quoted for 2 bathrooms, the first tub/shower was installed 5/8 this was done by DJ and Caden and went decently well.. however it was downhill from there. 5/29 different installers came for our 2nd shower.
