We ate dinner at Bobarinos last night. We got there about 8pm, were told 20 minutes for a table which was fine. We attempted to get drinks at the bar which took the 20 minutes but still waited another 30 for our table. We ordered cheese bread and requested a lot of ranch with it. We received a very small cup of ranch. I ordered the Cubano for dinner and also asked for ranch on the side with it. Our server came back with our food and said they were out of ranch. Absolutely horrible experience 2 weeks in a row. Waited over a hour each time for our food. Wrong orders both times & the food was either over cooked (burnt cheese bread) or cold (French fries). And bathrooms are horrendous. Never clean, or out of service. For as much money that this place makes, i would expect more from the Gilmore Group. I would not recommend this place to anyone
We ate at Bobarino’s two weeks in a row due to going to shows at 20 Monroe Live. Service was terribly slow both weeks. Took forever to get our drinks both times. This past week Feb 17th we waited for about 45 mins, 15 mins longer than what they told us to get a table which is fine. Once we sat down took forever again to get our drinks. What should be fun is actually like a 7th grade dance, and I graduated in 2007... as did most of the group. DJs are terrible, hoping that we can get someone more modern. Currently listening to: Nelly... not In a good way. WTF.
We were seated immediately and noted a lot of empty seats but it took a long time to get served. The beef we both ate had an odd taste almost like wild game which is not to my liking. Our grandchildren loved their meals (the $7.00 entrée, veg or fruit, drink and dessert).
Seemed like a bunch of teenagers in there. Or at the very least they acted like it!!

We went during art prize. We got there and they told us it would be a 20min wait and close to half the restaurant was empty. We sat down and everything took a long time. Drinks, ordering food, getting food, and getting our bill. We were there almost an hour. The food was not what I remembered. My burger was not flat and hard to hold. It was a black and blue burger and hardly had any blue cheese and the chipotle sauce was not a good choice for sauce.
