Courteous and helpful. I'm impressed with the ease of getting documents ready for me, handling much of the red tape and making it pleasant overall. My agent Zak in particular had a great personality, was well prepared in tough situations and communicated promptly. He has recently bought his own home and knows housing issues.

Was hesitant to use a realtor , and was instantly impressed with our realtor Casey Franz of The Bob and Ronna Group. Such a “friend” atmosphere, where everyone was caring and very knowledgeable . Our agent, Erika, was wonderful to work with. She was available and followed up with us and the home owners to resolve issues as they came up. The process while it seemed at first to be long, blew by. Erika and the Bob & Ronna group found qualified inspectors and arranged for all of the essential testing. We were very happy for the service they provided and made a potentially stressful experience worthwhile.
