Our realtor was Mike Thurnes with the Bob and Ronna group and he was AMAZING!! We moved very quickly due to a military PCS and listed our house when it was vacant. Our realtor coordinated any extra maintence we needed and all our contractors. He checked on our house after a snow storm. Everyone with the Bob and Ronna group was extremely nice and professional. The Bob and Ronna Group was very patient and very informative. We went into the experience with not much knowledge about different areas, just expectation. By just providing a list of what we would like in our new home, the group immediately went to work and within 24 hours we had prospective homes we wanted to see. Excellent relationship with our realtor from start to finish, ensured that any issues that arose were quickly rectified. Extremely responsive, and didn't feel like a stale business transaction. Our realtor Mike was very knowledge about the area, provided excellent insight and helped us get into one of the best deals within our neighborhood.

The foremost word that comes to mind is persistence. Mike with the Bob & Ronna group simply did not stop working for me in my interest. Whenever a negative popped up, he worked the problem until he solved it. I always felt confident that whatever came up, Mike had my back. He saw the sale of my house through to the end; easily the very best I've ever dealt with. -Jon

Mike Thurnes was a great and efficient realtor. I had the best in Bob and Ronna 3 years ago and frankly didn't expect the same level of support. But what a surprise I got. The road to this sale was definitely rocky because of the buyers' venue, but Mike was after them every step of the way and into the early morning hours. I truly learned a lot from his professionalism and patience....He even managed to calm me a few times I was ready to cancel the sale from the stupidity of the buyers' team. I like the way he thinks. Mike Thurnes did an excellent job as my agent on the purchase of my new home. I couldn't ask for any better. He was willing to take me to across the entire county to ensure that I was seeing all that there was to offer and that I was getting the best deal possible
