First time at boozy cow ! Place was buzzing with people and the music was great our table was ready for our arrival. Our server was great. We had drinks which were really good, my partner got the burger challenge and he enjoyed it the chilli on the chips was beautiful ! We also got sharing nachos which was a good size and great taste. High top table was really cramped, stuck right in the corner, chicken burger with as good, loaded fries were dry with not much topping, very loud.

Poor service, waited over 20 minutes for drinks after being ignored by waitress several times to order them, had to go to bar to ask for them, food was average at best, we were then given the wrong bill after having to ask for it twice, then when we paid with cash that we both double checked we were told we had paid £10 less (which was actually a tip). Wouldnt return.

For the price of the burgers I would expect them to have come with chips or fries at least, we ordered the dirty onion rings which weren’t that dirty and just seemed like frozen onion rings you get from the supermarket. My burger was nice but not worth £13 it wasn’t the biggest but the flavour was there. We didn’t have a starter just 2 burgers, a side of poutine, onion rings, 2 lagers and 1 wine and that came to £70. Expensive for what you get

We had a disastrous experience last night. Seated quickly, drinks arrived, food order taken then nothing! We had to chase the food up after 45 mins, we were told there were big tables in that had been served first so the kitchen was behind, it would be 10 minutes. 20 minutes later the food arrived. It was ok at best. Will not return

Waited 25 minutes for someone to take our drink order. When they eventually came my drink was wrong. The service took way too long and we were just sitting hanging around. Not sure I’ll be back
