For the price of the burgers I would expect them to have come with chips or fries at least, we ordered the dirty onion rings which weren’t that dirty and just seemed like frozen onion rings you get from the supermarket. My burger was nice but not worth £13 it wasn’t the biggest but the flavour was there. We didn’t have a starter just 2 burgers, a side of poutine, onion rings, 2 lagers and 1 wine and that came to £70. Expensive for what you get

We had a disastrous experience last night. Seated quickly, drinks arrived, food order taken then nothing! We had to chase the food up after 45 mins, we were told there were big tables in that had been served first so the kitchen was behind, it would be 10 minutes. 20 minutes later the food arrived. It was ok at best. Will not return

Waited 25 minutes for someone to take our drink order. When they eventually came my drink was wrong. The service took way too long and we were just sitting hanging around. Not sure I’ll be back

For the prices, what you get is pretty poor. Paying the price of a full meal, just to get a burger. Drinks that felt small and not worth it, consistency was all off. So loud too, would avoid if you want to have a conversation

We wanted to try this place out after everyone said it was good. Service was good and staff friendly. Food was very dry and tasteless. Burgers could be used as frisbees and chips had been double or triple cooked as they were so hard. Also not sure why the mocktails are much more expensive than alcohol

We were a party of two which we sat next to large stag party which when they left then a large hen party had to table. So was very noisy. Food came 30mins after placing the order and our milkshakes had melted by this time. Burghers were over cooked and burnt along with the bacon. Really wasn’t worth it… such a shame as I’ve been here before and had better experience then.
I used to really enjoy visiting this place whenever I was in Edinburgh, and it had always been a highlight of my trips. Unfortunately, my recent experience was disappointing. The service was noticeably slow, the food quality wasn’t up to its usual standard, and the atmosphere felt different from what I’d come to expect. The staff members were all nice, but the service was very slow. The person who took our credit card stated that they were very understaffed and had a large party in the back and apologized for the very slow service. He said this was not the norm for the restaurant.
