I was really hoping to be writing a really positive review after looking forward to coming to the Boozy cow for the first time. We ordered our food and after sitting for almost 40 minutes we still hadn't received our food. We unfortunately had other plans booked for after dinner so we had to tell them to cancel the food as there was no chance we'd have been able to finish it within the 20 minutes we had left. Food excellent, one poor lass serving, one lad behind the bar , and never got our ordered drinks to accompany the meal, quite frankly I don’t blame the staff available, but whoever is in charge, get some staff , ruined a good night out by not even having a drink to go with it , by the end of the meal

Service was so slow and just generally poor. The food was also just ok. For the amount we paid not great value for money.

Tables are too narrow & not suitable for dinning. The meals were served directly on a tray lined with paper that stuck to my husband's burger, one tray between two people, there were no plates and the cutlery wasn't suitable for the meals ordered.

Knives and forks are available but we always encourage our guests to get stuck in with their hands. We hope you'll give us another try.
Booked a table for 9 people unaware we could not bring in a baby. Never explained on my booking. Disappointed

I appreciate how frustrating that must have been, but unfortunately, we don't have a licence for under 5s for our venue due to the nature of it and not having changing facilities. It does state on Open Table and on our website that this is the case too, and I would always advise checking with a venue before booking on their licensing restrictions. Have a nice day.
People on the table next to us shouting and swearing whilst talking about taking drugs and having sex whilst the staff joined in and said nothing making it a very in enjoyable experience

Told there was no food on the menu other than burgers. Was then served a beef burger with bacon and I don't eat bacon! I ordered a chicken burger. My partner then ordered the most expensive burger on the menu (£20!!!!) And it came without some of its contents! Waited an hour for food because they seem to prioritize 'bigger tables' than anyone else. Food was not bad (when we got our right orders) overall won't be going back
