Food order never arrived, even though it was ordered at the same time as a drink, which did arrive

Service was so slow and just generally poor. The food was also just ok. For the amount we paid not great value for money.

Tables are too narrow & not suitable for dinning. The meals were served directly on a tray lined with paper that stuck to my husband's burger, one tray between two people, there were no plates and the cutlery wasn't suitable for the meals ordered.

Knives and forks are available but we always encourage our guests to get stuck in with their hands. We hope you'll give us another try.
Booked a table for 9 people unaware we could not bring in a baby. Never explained on my booking. Disappointed

I appreciate how frustrating that must have been, but unfortunately, we don't have a licence for under 5s for our venue due to the nature of it and not having changing facilities. It does state on Open Table and on our website that this is the case too, and I would always advise checking with a venue before booking on their licensing restrictions. Have a nice day.
People on the table next to us shouting and swearing whilst talking about taking drugs and having sex whilst the staff joined in and said nothing making it a very in enjoyable experience

Told there was no food on the menu other than burgers. Was then served a beef burger with bacon and I don't eat bacon! I ordered a chicken burger. My partner then ordered the most expensive burger on the menu (£20!!!!) And it came without some of its contents! Waited an hour for food because they seem to prioritize 'bigger tables' than anyone else. Food was not bad (when we got our right orders) overall won't be going back

I've been here before and food and service were great. This time we had no complaints about the drinks but we waited 80minutes on our food after ordering and it still hadn't arrived so we walked out. It wasn't that busy although they did keep telling us a table of 16 had arrived before us and that what was causing the delay but I don't think a burger, a hot dog and chips should take that long. Very disappointed as we were looking forward to it.

Unfortunately when there is a large booking like that, there is a longer wait for food if they do order before you arrive; but that should have been stated upon your arrival so we are so very sorry that this was not made clear.
