I've been here before and food and service were great. This time we had no complaints about the drinks but we waited 80minutes on our food after ordering and it still hadn't arrived so we walked out. It wasn't that busy although they did keep telling us a table of 16 had arrived before us and that what was causing the delay but I don't think a burger, a hot dog and chips should take that long. Very disappointed as we were looking forward to it.

Unfortunately when there is a large booking like that, there is a longer wait for food if they do order before you arrive; but that should have been stated upon your arrival so we are so very sorry that this was not made clear. We hope you will give us another chance to redeem ourselves back to the standards of your first visit!
Ended up leaving after no server came to assist. Not what expected at all.

Burger and chips were both overcooked. Only two members of staff were on. Pretty poor all round. For two people the bill came to 75 quid, wasn't really value for money at all.
Food was ok, certainly not worth the price. £25 for 6 sliders? Absolutely shocking, barely any meat on them at all. Pathetic!

It’s unfortunate the day we went I think there was a few staffing issues and a problem with a grill. We waited a long time to be served, every time we wanted a drink we went to the bar to be told it’s table service however, no one came near the tables. Someone took a drink order then the drinks never arrived they had been forgotten about. The food was fine, we all enjoyed it although for a table of 4 the size of the table was so small. Food was warm at best and very average - definitely not worth the price. Won't be going back.
We had a 7pm booking. We were a party of 3 with a teenager and were seated in an area to the back of the restaurant, adjacent to a very large and loud stag party. To be fair, the staff did try to calm the group, but we knew it was going to get very messy!! We decided to leave, but no offer to find an alternative table was made.
