Ordered 2 different burgers planning to split them. Our waitress brought us 2 burgers and we cut them in half and each ate a half before realizing the burgers were exactly the same. We told one of the other waitresses we had an issue and the gentleman who had sat us down came by after a few minutes and said it was their fault and they would be bringing us the correct burger. Food was average taste and very poor value for money. I think burgers could be served with a side, chips, salad, something for the price you pay! Will not return.

The fries and drinks were amazing (along with the atmosphere and decor) but I was a tad disappointed with the burger. For a company that shouts about how much they are about meat with meat themed decor, the meat was disappointing. It was just very average for the price. I had the haggis burger and the haggis was incredible but the patties were just subpar. It tasted like a fast food burger. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The burgers were terrible and the service was even worse.

Got told to leave because we are under the age of 18 where no where does it say that under 18s can’t be in the place without an adult before 8pm, the place dosnt not have the correct information

Staff are run off their feet! Actually forgot we were seated and took 20 minutes just to offer table water. We ordered through the QR code on the table thinking this would be easier and quicker but the whole meal came at once including our starters so our main meal was cold by the time we ate it. Food was very mediocre at best and we were disappointed due to reading the great reviews before booking.
