Service was great, but sadly I got served my chicken burger and the chicken was raw so had to send back to the kitchen, the staff were very apologetic but sadly the damage had been done. Pricing was good and overall everyone else’s food was great.

They have a maybe contain peanut warning on all the food, which I was unaware of before going, and had put I have a severe allergy on the reservation— so could not eat here.
Tasty but overpriced and small portions, watch out for the 10% service charge they add on! Staff are lovely, drinks are reasonable

Disappointing experience as the website is seriously misleading. They no longer have or do their dip and dunk sliders which was the main reason for our visit. We travelled a long way and spent a lot on an uber to get there. We booked weeks in advance too and despite the fact i called ahead and asked to be sat at a normal table they still sat us on high and uncomfortable bar stool seats. The decision was made to run a reduced menu over the festival period due to the increase in footfall and to ensure we could provide the best possible service we could. unfortunately we were slow on the returning to full menu (which we now are for food and the sliders have returned!) Was looking forward to come here for a nice meal and some drinks but unfortunately left feeling rushed and unimportant. We had booked a table for 6pm and arrived at 5:56. We were told we were a bit early so were asked to wait at the bar (reasonable enough) and were then seated at about 5 past 6. Ordered 2 different burgers planning to split them. Our waitress brought us 2 burgers and we cut them in half and each ate a half before realizing the burgers were exactly the same. We told one of the other waitresses we had an issue and the gentleman who had sat us down came by after a few minutes and said it was their fault and they would be bringing us the correct burger. Food was average taste and very poor value for money. I think burgers could be served with a side, chips, salad, something for the price you pay! Will not return.

The fries and drinks were amazing (along with the atmosphere and decor) but I was a tad disappointed with the burger. For a company that shouts about how much they are about meat with meat themed decor, the meat was disappointing. It was just very average for the price. I had the haggis burger and the haggis was incredible but the patties were just subpar. It tasted like a fast food burger.
