Amber has been the best since the first time I toured the apartments. Living at the Boulevard has been a great experience. I feel safe, maintenance is on point, the grounds are well kept and I'm proud to live here.

The Boulevard I just transfer from a 2bd into a 3bd and I absolutely love it! My kids are super happy with the bigger space they both have. Everyone from the office staff has been so cooperative and extremely nice. I love it here. They made my transfer the easiest. Thank you!
Welcome Home I'm starting my second year here and don't have plans to go anywhere else. I love the location, community, and my apartment. The staff is courteous and helpful, and their maintenance team is fast and effecient. The rent is in line with other complexes around, and the pool and exercise facilities are a nice perk. The complex is clean and maintained, and it feels safe. Roeland Park is a great community, and The Boulevard is a convenient and nice place to live.
