5 stars for the maintenance man Fred, my man. This guy knows his stuff, and he is amazing with my 2 yr old every time he comes. The nicest guy who actually puts effort and care into what he does. Thus far my experience here has been exceptional, on top of the amazing response by maintenance, all the staff at The Boulevard have been nothing short of amazing.

Amazing place to live! They have timely responses to apartment issues and I really enjoy the community events. The amenities are great, but the events are what set this place apart from any other place I've lived. Check it out and you won't be sorry. The staff is great and will do their best to make sure you are happy living here.
