I love all the new changes happening in this community and the on site staff has done a great job!!! Location is amazing and I would definitely recommend The Boulevard!
The staff are all very nice, love the area, and the neighbors are friendly.
I've had a few kinks, but the staff has been great working things out. I am enjoying living here. Overall everything is GREAT!!
Very shitty place to live at. Communication sucks. Amy in office is very unprofessional. Maintenance can’t do their job correctly. Who leases out a unit that is dirty & falling apart? Boulevard apartment does! If you want an apartment that the heat goes out on, AC goes out on, ceiling leaking & caving in, outlets not working & you don’t care that they don’t do anything about it then this is the place to be! Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

Worst place I’ve ever lived! Apartments are gross and smelly on move in! Cockroach infested which is why they charge a pest control fee. Management and maintenance sucks! Do not live here. Overpriced and old.
