RecommendedI have lived at the boulevard for 2 years now never have had a problem and any problem I have had they were above and beyond with their response time also Adaf Rosado at the leasing office has went out his way to answer questions or get things done for me that needed to be done thank you so much for making my time here stress free!

Courtney is an outstanding manager that makes any apartment complex she manages feel like a community by throwing fantastic parties. Always friendly, and has been quick to resolve any issue that my husband and I ever had. We honestly can not say enough nice things about her!

I love this place! Never had any problems with bugs or anything like that! If I had any maintenance problems I call and they get it taking care of right away! We been here for 1 year and half! And we love it neighborhood is awesome and schools are awesome � office staff are always friendly!
For all that the boulevard lacks, they have qualities that keep me there. Their social events are pretty awesome.
