Awful experience. I usually lay low and don't get my landlords involved unless I absolutely have to. Prior to moving this complex from out of state, I had lived in the same place with the same landlord for seven years. I'm a model tenant, pay my rent on time every month, don't bother my neighbors, and don't cause a fuss. When I moved in it was early November and the heat didn't work. Worst people to ever deal with! The property manager Heather is SO unprofessional !!! Will steal your money, not answer calls, not return calls and not answer questions you have the rights to. These places will always suck with her with a job. She’s very prejudice in my opinion. Rent at your own risk!!!
I had the worst experience two weeks ago I came in to get a tour and was told by the Property MANAGER there was no one to give me a tour! I wondered why she turned me away for a tour and why she couldn’t tour me???? I went in at 4pm and she was VERY unprofessional and rude and NEVER will I recommend ANYONE to go to this place!!! I work in customer service and that was UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Everything about it is trashy
We walked in on Saturday for a quick tour of the place but unfortunately were never given the opportunity to tour. The lady who greeted us had a bad attitude and a total lack of interest in accommodating us. She said she was busy with tour that wasn't happening for another 20 minutes but acted the entire time like she was SO busy to answer any questions or help give us more info. This place is a joke I have several friends that have flea and roach infestations that have asked for extermination of pests and were charged $90 for fees and then put on default status when they questioned the fees so the apartment's leasing office could damage their credit. Their rent rates are low for a reason. There are a thousand better options in the area.
living there is very awful , living like in a dangerous hood , heard couple time gunshots , for me it was a horrible experience to live there. Because my car was broken into couple times and my apartment was robbed too, they stole my tv and playstation, i have even police report if someone needs.
