When we moved in we were rented an apartment twice that had actually been rented to someone else. We finally got an proper lease and then they changed the move in date twice. Since then we have experienced regular shootings and other crime. The office refuses to provide security that isn’t asleep until their truck or the gym area, refuses to update lighting or have other security. Terrible communication. Haven't lived here for three years and am just now hearing about something that could've have been resolved with a simple e-mail or phone call.

If you get the apartments 5310 or 5314, do not sign the lease. You will not get one quiet moment, the complex also consents to the excessive noise. Constant maintenance issues which takes the techs several calls to fix the issue.

I really hope that the ground maintenance starts picking up ALL of the trash around the apartments. It’s pretty disgusting seeing all of the trash blown out of dumpsters or residents littering. The bare minimum is being done and I really hope this apartment complex starts to care about the their environment and the impact they have.
The office personel with the exception of Adaf are extremely rude and unhelpful. Maintenance with the exception of the dude with the neck tattoo are extremely rude and incompetent. It takes their maintenance team several tries to fix a issue just for it never to be fixed. Rent raised in the year before covid however extremely restricted or lack of amenities didn't alter the price in any way which it should've considering that is one of their selling points... The buildings are over 50 years old and could use a lot of work
I would not recommend living here to anyone ! I have had the worst experience with them.

This apartment complex deserves 1 star for at least being on top of communication up until 1 week before moving in. Aside from that, there is nothing good here. When looking at the model apartment (prior to agreeing to move) I said I wanted updated flooring and a balcony. If I could get those things, I’d move in. My leasing agent told me she found the “perfect” apartment for me and I trusted her word and decided to move.
