That loud music coming from Bristo the first night into the morning was crazy HOWEver My room was immediately changed and I think upgraded no charge I like how accommodating they were especially Giselle and I think the managers name was marselle Marcelino. He was the best I lost my shoes in the trash HE GOT THEM! I lost my debit card HE CAME TO MY ROOM to return it.
Okay. Bathroom ceiling cover fell while using the bathroom Big hole punch in the room 1314 Shower window opens but no screen so anyone can see you shower. Comfy pillows
