Pleasant Room was very dirty. We requested customer service to clean it but they didn’t do it properly. There were clothes tags on the floor and stains in the beds sheets. Location

I had a great time. I liked the Catalina it just need some upgrades and better management. The staff was friendly The rooms were not clean, my shower was not clean there was hair all over the shower floor, no hot water, shower handle broke off in my daughters room, there was a dip in the floor in room 3313 , and I had a big cockroach in my room. A pleasurable trip I guess we are very used to having the room being cleaned every day so it was different just to have the towels changed and the trash taken out. However, if we needed the room cleaned they would have done it, as it says in one of the emails. The friendly staff, everyone was will to accommodate us. Overall nice place in good location. The entrance doors to the rooms were bent and unsafe. These probably could be kicked in easily with a heavier push Location was good Hotel with nice vibes with few restaurants at the entrance
