We hadn’t been to The Chateau in several years because of some poor service experiences. On a whim, we decided to give it a try again. It was not a particularly busy Saturday night by their standards. We had no problems booking a reservation, though we had to wait a few minutes while they checked to see if the empty table right by them was “ready.” Probably a bad signal. Food was cold for everyone in our 14 person party management only took $40 off the bill. We will never go back
Maybe because it was Monday, the waitress was fine but the food took forever. After about a half hour wait, we were told that an accident in the kitchen delayed the order.
We had a very poor server. Her name is Pam. Our party of 4 arrived at 4:40PM to take advantage of the early bird menu before 5:00PM. We asked for the early bird menu and Pam told us us it’s too late. Another server overheard Pam telling us it’s too late and corrected her. After that, Pam was rude and inattentive. Very Disappointing! I read the other reviews and the food always got high marks, But I beg to differ the service was very good the waitress was friendly and served us quickly. The food on the other hand was some of the lowest quality Italian food I've ever had. The waitress recommended the seafood, and we should of listened. The waiter we had was very nice and apologetic but the food took to long and wasn’t hot at all. At the end of dinner we waited a long time to pay the check. Finally went to the front to pay and got a really lousy attitude by the manager. We’ve been to other chateau locations and they're always consistent and the food delicious. The view at this location is so nice however I don’t think we’ll be returning.
Very slow service and most of the food was cold very disappointed
We were at the Chateau a local restaurant for my daughters bridal shower on a Wednesday night May 1st 2019 . The seating was not where I had requested and confirmed going in to see area a few weeks before . Then we asked to make a long table so we could sit together and we had to BEG for it to happen . I had made reservations for my wife's birthday. Originally we had 4 people but we added a 5th person to the party. I went online to make the change and received a confirmation. When we got to the restaurant, they did not have the correct reservation, they still had a party of 4. They said that the changes done online were not reflected on their system.
