Had dinner with my wife on her Birthday. We both had italian and it was very good.
Service was very good. Food as always was terrific.

The view was great the food wasn’t, and the service was worse. Our burgers came then our soup and salad came, and the soup had a generous amount of skin on it 🤢 the burgers themselves were overcooked and dry, gave it two tries I’m done, such a shame a great view wasted

Didn't realize until the following day when I mentioned to the other diners that my meal wasn't served hot (as it should have been....it wasn't a salad) that all their meals were cold too (none of us wanted to make the others feel bad). We've dined here before and never had this problem.

The server was good, food was OK. The seafood (mussels) were a little fishy. The room was great- the view. We were a party of 8 and originally were seated separately. When asked the hostess to be together, she said “you can move the tables” so I had to move the tables myself. No plates, no silverware, dirty floors. Definitely not clean after previous party.

The Early Bird Special was wonderful, as usual - delicious food and generous portions for a very reasonable price.. Service was disappointing, however, as we arrived at 4:45 when the restaurant main dining room was pretty empty, we were promptly seated, but then had no one come over to our table when other parties coming in after us were being seated and having their orders taken. I was disappointed with my meal. We used to go to The Chateau frequently but haven’t been since the pandemic. The prices have gone up significantly and I didn’t enjoy my meal. We were seated in the back room overlooking the pond. It was freezing cold. We had to move our table. Our service was good.

We ordered mussels and they were served to us wrapped in tin foil, I’ve never seen such a thing. We returned them, they didn’t taste good and was a weird consistency. All our drinks took forever. There were like 10 servers and only 2 bartenders and the bar was very busy. The bartenders were running like crazy the bar was a mess, but plenty of servers and hosts just standing around.
