Lovely building in a great location but the interior of the building needs a little more tender care

Love this hotel have stayed there whenever I stay downtown and will stay there again! Television needs to be upgraded and the view from my room was that of the roof of the building. Love the staff and the location. Restaurant has delicious food and great service!
Perfect Location for the Chicago Marathon! Nothing. Location was Excellent, right across from Grant Park and the Start and Finish of the Chicago Marathon! Excellent options and prices on the room service. Walking to distance to a lot of restaurants, shops and CVS.

Wonderful I would have liked to have more control over the room temperature. The individual units in the room only allowed for adjust the fan and not the temperature in the room. It would be nice for the hotel to manage the self parking and move your vehicle like many hotels in the area, but the parking was a short distance from the hotel and not a real concern.
