overall the stay was ok. I would not stay here again its way over priced some directions from staff would have been nice. I've never been to Chicago before had no idea where to park for starters. For the price of this room breakfast should be included. The walls were super thin we could hear the people in the next room plain as day. I loved the location and the rooms were nice and clean. the view out my window was amazing.
Exceptional Steve, the bellman, was extraordinarily helpful, friendly, and professional. Please let him know that my daughter and I enjoyed meeting him and wish him well!
