Great location The floor of our room was a bit dirty, a cigarette butt by the entrance. The heat wasn't as warm as I was hoping but and extra blanket worked fine. The location was perfect for our visit, the building and room had character. The lounge was welcoming and had good food. We were able to check in early which was very helpful.
Gute Lage mit ausreichend Komfort - aber kein Highlight! Ausstattung und Hotel selbst sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das "riecht" man auch in den Gängen. Hotel in sehr guter Lage, freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Buena experiencia pero puede mejorar Fuimos justo la semana que más bajaron las temperaturas, y la calefacción de la habitación no funcionaba bien. Fui a recepción a comentarlo y me dijeron “mandaremos al ingeniero a revisarlo y si hay algún problema le cambiamos de habitación”. 15 minutos después apareció una señora de la limpieza con un calefactor pequeño para la habitación. Wonderful
Excellent location and views! Prices 🤩 Slight smell was musty but nothing big, asked for a fan (room warm even with opening windows) no one came with it. The buildings architecture was beautiful!
Pleasant The building has such a beautiful old architectural details, but along with that comes a need for an upgrade for some things. Especially the heating system , which is a bit clunky and outdated, causing the room to either be too hot or too cold. Cleanliness level was ok. And the front desk never answered when I tried to call for an extra blanket. I eventually gave up. Location in South Loop is great, close to all the downtown attractions.
