Very good stay had a great time. The location is great right across the street from the park, river/lake, art museum and near many restaurants. Staff was also great very attentive and courteous.
Pleasant I was in the family suite. The double beds were fine, but the king size bed was extremely firm and uncomfortable. It was so bad that my wifes back was hurting too much to go to a day of lollapalooza and I had to get Amazon to deliver a mattress pad just so that we could handle it. Best location for lollapalooza. Good price too.

I was there for the location. It was fine, I’d stay again, knowing what I know The tub ran slow. The shower nozzle was broken. The bed and pillows were super hard and the room was HOT. The lobby- amazing. Location-perfect. The room was nice l, very clean and pretty, but definitely not modern.
Pleasant It was quite pricey I was traveling for Lollapalooza and Congress Plaza is directly across from Grant Park. Perfect location!
