It was a great location to see the sights and close to public transportation to help navigate the city Needs some updating The location
Perfect place to stay for Lollapalooza if you want convenience to gate and amazing view. Bathroom was a little dirty. More pillows would have been nice. Loved that it was across the street from lollapalooza. Made it very convenient to get to and from the festival. Friendly staff and loved how they kept it secure during the festival. We felt very safe. Easy check in and check out. Also loved the view out of our window. Could see the whole park, some of the concert big screens and could hear music! Good The wonderful old building had been renovated except lots of little things hadn’t been done well. Sloppy is a word that comes to mind. The toilet set was loose, the flange around the shower head had come away from the wall, one of the fire safety sprayers had been taken from one wall and a hole left in the wall, no batteries in the safe. I could go on. Location
Great location for lollapalooza! The room and hotel in general could use some updating. The carpet in both the hallway and the room is outdated and looks stained. There’s also rust on some of the shower amenities in our room. Location was amazing for Lollapalooza and the bed was very comfy.
It was incredible, the view was amazing. Had a view of the festival and the pretty fountain and lake. one of the elevators was malfunctioning sometimes. Great property, super nice. Just the right place to stay at during Lollapalooza.
