Exceptional The perfect location while in town for the Nascar street race. The bed was firm, but comfortable. The room was well maintained.

Beautiful lobby with easy access to room with a great view! The tv was a little outdated and small, but that is a super picky thing, it still worked fine and we were able to find some movies on FOX to watch. We tried the Gazebo restaurant downstairs and the wait time is very long. Took a while to get a waiter and a while for our order to be taken and food to come even though they weren't that busy at the time we went. Food tasted good, but not worth the time and money it took. We were there for the race and our lake view room was fantastic. We ordered a breakfast basket and a glass of milk at 6:30 in the morning on Saturday. There were neither pastries nor milk to be had. We determined that room service should be ruled out as a food source. The coffee was good, but creamer and cream are not the same thing. The lakeside view from our suite. Reasonably priced drinks and excellent service in the bar.
Overall, pretty good place to stay A bit outdated, couldn’t control air conditioner, it was freezing Location, view of the lake, large clean room, decent bathroom
Nice classic hotel right in front of the NASCAR Grant Park race course. Lost TV service during the rain. Room service seemed to be nonexistent after the race. Understandable they might be overwhelmed. Great location and affordable.
