Expensive parking The hotel did not offer parking. Parking was very expensive in the lot connected and behind the hotel. Walking distance from shopping
Enjoyed my satay Just wish there had been a microwave, extra blanket and an arm chair Location was close to the Nascar race. Room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very polite and friendly. If I was in Chicago again, I would stay at the Congress
Very Good Was very old looking. Ice machine didn't work on our floor. Loved location and the view from our room!
Good The hotel is dated, yet authentic. I felt it was good value for what we paid. The location is amazing, easily walkable to anything in Chicago.
Pleasant four day stay, sub-par service in numerous areas. Some of your staff is poorly trained. The baggage room clerk was incredibly rude. The restaurant was a huge disappointment. The manager was trying her best and very nice but she did not have anyone who knew the cadence of proper service. The food was good but overall the meal was a disaster and as it was a graduation celebration with family attending, I was embarrassed by how inexperienced the staff was especially in a world class city.
