Enjoyed it ! ( cool history of hotel as well ) Beds were a bit too firm & only one pillow. Also had to go to front desk for towels but not a big deal . Staff was fantastic, helpful, accommodating, & friendly. Room was clean, hot water, cool AC, even parking behind was good . Got billed for a couple calls I didn’t make and was taken care of quickly. Only downside was no shuttle to events nearby, but Uber picks up everywhere.

Great location for a quick place to crash Difficult to find the room and the view was concrete but sometimes that happens! Location was perfect for the Taylor swift conference :)

Enjoyed it even though it was only for one night! Accessibility to parking The location was fabulous, especially because I wanted to see cloud gate and the Buckingham fountain!
