Helpful staff, great location, high ceilings in rooms, and beautiful views make this a good choice. The decoration the room was a scene of NYC. There should have been an image of Chicago. Maybe of the river or architecture in Chicago. Chicago should celebrate its self and its own beautiful views. No need to feature NYC in this beautiful windy city. Staff were very helpful. Very Good We happened to come on a popular weekend and room seemed a little pricey but this was the best option for what we wanted. Bed was comfortable. Room clean. Location was good.

Exceptional The hotel is located very near to attractions such as The Buckingham Fountain, the Art Institute and Milenium Park. Willis Tower is within walking distance too. There are bus stops, train and Metra stations nearby to get to multiple destinations within the city. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, confortable and well lit. It is a great hotel!
