Room was very nice and clean. And location of hotel was very good. Hot water pressure in bathroom The bedroom door wouldn’t open. The engineer came to fix the problem promptly and was very polite and helpful.

Pleasant The room was quite small and I had a small cockroach in it during my stay. The hallways are also terribly neglected from carpets to walls. The room itself was fairly nice and clean. Staff were also responive.
Nice hotel The room power socket located at the bottom. The location near Chicago Marathon start line.
