I really liked the old feel and look of the building but the rooms were so poorly done. So very cheap and it smelled lik The air conditioner was ancient and the room were very cheaply done. I loved the older feel to the property.

Another wonderful experience Thought the television could have been bigger for the room. There never seems to be enough coffee packs in my room and I hate bothering the staff to get more. Liked that the room was recently renovated. Loved how spacious the bathroom was.
Great historical hotel...beautiful location. Took a while to get hot water in shower due to old building. Great location and lake views. Near transportation. Beautiful room and building.

Fantastic. Definitely will stay here again when visiting Chicago There was not much. The water in the shower was mostly too cold. Also the hallway needs updating. The location is EXCELLENT! Centrally located. Was able to see everything that I wanted to see. All walking distance from your hotel. Thank you for making my stay in Chicago most enjoyable! Also tried the breakfast in the restaurant downstairs. It was terrific. Our room was lovely with a wonderful view of the lake and the park.
