A walking distance to a park and cultural and architectural attractions in Chicago I love staying at the hotel due to its close access to cultural attractions and downtown during my short stay. The hotel is well secured by professional helpful staff. Thank you! Congress Plaza Hotel Chicago is a huge and historical building. The location was ok, beds where comfy, great staff and price will stay again. Maybe a Little more vending machines. Staff is friendly and very helpful hotel very clean housekeeping checked to see if we needed anything and the value was great.
