The accommodations were super comfortable, and the hospitality was wonderful. none We arrived early in the morning, and the staff kindly allowed us to check in a couple of hours early. We are so grateful for their kindness.

Good location We (group of 3) stayed 3 nights but just got 2 bottles of water free all the time. Clean up services are only provided for every two days. Building is a bit too old. Location is good, the Bean and fountain are in walk distance, close to cta station, very convenient to airport and hot spots. Room is big and with lake view and beds are comfortable.

Beautiful hotel, great location. Ice makers did not work on any of the floors and it was in the 90s outside so we really needed ice without having to go down to the bar to get it. The soda machines were not stocked correctly so when I pushed the button for a sugar-free drink, I received a full sugar Starry instead. Beautiful hotel and rooms. My queen double-bed room was two rooms with a hall connecting to the bathroom, which was a pleasant surprise. Well decorated, keeps the historic nuance.
Short but sweet I had to go to the Travel Lodge Hotel for breakfast! Excellent location and a very beautiful old building.

Good there was some someone’s makeup left on the bed .. also the pillow and bed spread… i don’t wear make up at all the elegant look of the room !
